About Us

Pnina is a warm people person. She earned a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University with a specialization in Gerontology. Pnina has worked as the social worker at Sage Eldercare, helping seniors and their families with transitions from independent living to higher levels of care. Pnina’s social work experience brings a warm nurturing understanding to the emotional process of moving and transition.

Brenda is an organizational specialist. She earned a B.A. from Tufts University.   Brenda’s outstanding organizational skills are complemented by her easy going nature, enabling her to make personal connections with her clients during what can be a difficult transition period in their lives.
